We would like to draw your attention to an updated version of ORDATA covering the most commonly used mines in greater detail.
A new version of the mine section has been commissioned by the NVESD Humanitarian Demining Program to re-organize, correct and supplement the mine information in the original ORDATA database. The new version is a `living' system that can be updated continuously and has far more powerful search functions. This database can also be downloaded onto a PDA, retaining full functionality, and can be updated, as and when required.

HELP TOPICS
IDENTIFYING UNEXPLODED ORDNANCE (UXO)
It is extremely hazardous to attempt to adapt procedures for known UXO items to unknown or unidentifiable ordnance items.

Every effort was made to make ORDATA Online as all-encompassing as time and resources permitted. In the event that the UXO found does not exactly match the displayed item, you should continue to search for the item or seek technical assistance from military specialists.
