Test plan, supervision of test personnel
Experience/Advice
Next to training and careful selection of test personnel, continuous supervision of the test personnel and daily control of test records is essential to obtain clear results from a detector test. It is recommended that the test manager(s) is on site for the complete duration of the tests or if not, at least for well defined time slots spread over the duration of the tests. This allows to check if the prescribed test procedures are being correctly applied and provides the possibility for immediate feedback on the trial process and real-time correction of mistakes.
