February 9-11 Public-Private Partnerships Working Together for a Safer World

The Department of State's Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is holding a workshop from February 9-11 to review the success of the partnership program and explore ways for enhanced cooperation. During the 3-day workshop, participants will have the opportunity to share information about their organizations and exchange ideas on how best to advance common goals. We also want to hear your suggestions for the future of the partnership program.

The 3rd International Workshop on Advanced Ground Penetrating Radar will be held at the Delft University of Technology (Delft, The Netherlands) during May 2-4. The Workshop is devoted to the development and applications of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) techniques in surface and subsurface investigations. The goal of the workshop is to spread knowledge about GPR technology and its use in applications, amongst others humanitarian demining, as well as to provide a possibility for all participants to exchange ideas about the advances in their work and latest results.
